Alexander Bitzer, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon in our Martinsburg - Spring Mills office, who currently serves as chief of WVU Orthopaedics. He specializes in shoulder, elbow, and sports-related musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Bitzer uses cutting-edge technology, advanced surgical techniques, and a patient centered approach to eliminate pain and restore function for patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and joint degradation. He is a member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Society and the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.

Thomas Satterly, DO, is an orthopaedic surgery specialist in our Martinsburg - Spring Mills office. He specializes in robotic assisted total hip and total knee replacement, and the evaluation and management of painful total joint replacements. He is dedicated to finding a personalized approach to each patient to help improve their quality of life and get them back to enjoying the activities they enjoy. Dr. Satterly is a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

M. Leslie Golden, MD, is an orthopaedic surgeon in Charles Town, who specializes in Sports Medicine and bone and joint surgeries. David Richards, MD, FRCSC, is an orthopaedic surgeon in Charles Town, specializing in arthroscopy, arthroscopic reconstructions of the shoulder and knee, and Sports Medicine. Ryan Sprouse, MD, CAQSM, is a fellowship trained associate professor at the WVU School of Medicine Eastern Campus and family medicine physician who specializes in non-operative orthopaedic care and Sports Medicine. Dr. Sprouse is located at the Charles Town office and provides care for both adult and pediatric patients. He manages musculoskeletal injuries and chronic musculoskeletal conditions for both athletes and non-athletes, provides non-operative fracture care, treats sport-related concussions, and is highly skilled in musculoskeletal ultrasound guided procedures. Dr. Sprouse serves as a team physician for Washington High School, Jefferson High School, and Shepherd University. He is board certified in both Family Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
