Depression isn’t crying in the corner: Employees lean on eight strategies to disclose – or conceal – mental health at work
Employees who experience depression are tasked with the decision to disclose their mental health to others at work. For these employees, one West Virginia University researcher found that they utilize eight strategies on how to disclose (or conceal) this often-stigmatized social identity.
The Teaching Scholars Program will be held via Zoom for one hour each Thursday from Sept. 2, 2021, through May 19, 2022, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. This program is open to faculty on ALL WVU Campuses.
