Employees of WVU Medicine and the WVU Cancer Institute came together on Monday, May 20 to join organizations across the world in celebrating Clinical Trials Day on May 20. This day recognizes those who conduct clinical trials, raises awareness of clinical trials and clinical research, and is an opportunity to show gratitude for the work they do to improve public health.
Mindfulness is a means to increase personal quality of life. Whether beginner, advanced or somewhere in between, learn and experience the numerous health benefits of a regular mindfulness practice.
This free 6-week series is designed to assist in developing and maintaining mindful resilience, mental fitness, and relaxation. Participants can attend six one-hour sessions (consecutively or individually) that offer a variety of simple yet practical tools to be mindful in daily living.
