As a participant in the Get With The Guidelines programs, Ruby Memorial Hospital qualified for the awards by demonstrating a sustained commitment to improving the quality of cardiovascular care.

“This recognition belongs entirely to our teams at the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute and the WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, who consistently put patients first,” Michael Grace, Ed.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.H.E., WVU Hospitals president and CEO, said. “Managing widespread health challenges like heart failure, stroke, and diabetes requires constant vigilance and reliable expertise. These awards prove that local families do not need to leave the state to access highly effective, modern therapies.

“No matter the medical challenge, our community can find peace of mind knowing that science-backed care is always within reach right here in Morgantown.”
