Memorial Gifts

Special Occasion Giving

Many people find great satisfaction by making gifts in memory of a family member, friend, or to honor someone who is fighting cancer. Others have made important donations as a way of recognizing those who go to work every day trying to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients. A gift may be offered at any time during the year and for any occasion -- a birthday, anniversary, or holiday -- or used to express appreciation or love. When the gift is received, the West Virginia University Foundation sends a special letter of notification to the person or family indicated by the donor. The donor also receives an acknowledgment letter.
